A rejuvenating take on both black metal and the "Lord of the Rings" lore, with a more familiar ambient/dungeon synth touch at the end. The whisper-like vocals, obsessive tremolo picking, punk/rock drums and aggressive melodies all fit in perfectly to tell the story of Gollum the Outcast, the Outsider and, in this particular case, the Outstanding. Definitely worth listening to!
